Ohře Watershed Authority

The Ohře Wateshed Authority is another Czech state-owned client that is focused on gradual using BIM in the constructions business. We helped the client to prepare an introductory BIM analysis that described the existing IT infrastructure and equipment and its aspects connected to future BIM implementation. The analysis recommended next steps and also scheduled consolidation of ASPE products in terms of new versions.
Another part our activities was creation of BIM documents (BIM protocol, EIR, pre-BEP, CDE document) for the tender documents for consultant that will be responsible for the design of reconstruction of a big pumping station of technological water. Part of this project will be passportisation of the existing buildings and preparation of the data standard for this project.
The Ohře Watershed Authority became over the past 7-8 months ready to implement BIM not only internally, but also to other projects including future implementation of CAFM.
